Frugality is a key to Cooper Civil's success, cost effective measures are always taken, but never at the expense of safe, quality workmanship.

Cooper Civil have an active involvement within the communities which its projects are based in, having financially supported local charities and events.

The new CAT next-generation excavators that Cooper Civil has in its fleet have industry leading standards in fuel efficiency and emission levels along with CAT payload technology that allows us to provide our clients with accurate payload data which assists in meeting chain of responsibility (CoR) legislative requirements.

Cooper Civil's company policies and procedures align with state legislation.

Periodic auditing of internal systems and monitoring of changes to industry codes of practice assure all our business undertakings are compliant.

Cooper Civil's HSE management system supports and reinforces the company’s proactive culture through the use of policies, procedures, risk assessments and hazard identification tools, which are continuously improved to meet the changing operating environments while striving for best practice.

In the interest of career advancement all plant, equipment and supervisory training is conducted by Cooper Civil's own "in house" RTO accredited trainer/assessor.
